I'm David, a stand-up comedian and longtime improviser from Portland, OR. After 16 years in the corporate world, I finally escaped to do comedy full-time.

I'm also a satire writer. I've worked with Scott Dikkers (the guy behind The Onion), written for McSweeney's and The Second City Network, and served as a writer for The God Show, a political satire project with 3.6M+ Facebook followers and a top-40 U.S. politics ranking on Substack.

I recently performed to a packed house at the FunnyCon Festival in Chicago, where I attempted to juggle and almost succeeded.
